Loneliness

Last week I wrote about the need for all of us to be willing to serve one another. There is definitely a large number o us who need help in one form or another. This is especially true of those who feel lonely and forgotten. And

personally, believe that all of us will experience this first hand sometime along the way.

The sermon this morning will deal with loneliness from the standpoint of the lonely. What should one do who feel this potentially crippling emotion? Can one overcome these feelings after losing someone dear to their heart. Are they doomed to live a life of depression and hopelessness?

I believe that there are several principles found in the scriptures that will give us answers to these questions, and will show the way out of loneliness and into a productive and happy life.

If you are now experiencing feelings of loneliness, here is a tip for you. The solution is not going to come from what others do for you. It is going to come from what you do with what you feel. Please consider the sermon for fuller details and explanation.

Robert

Our Father hears us when we pray;
A whisper He can hear;
He knows not only what we say,
But what we wish or fear.

-John Burton-

So, say your prayers and call on Him,
And every burden share.
Know that come what may, my friend,
Your Father is always there.
