 is from Murfreesboro\, Tennessee and attends the East Main church of Chris
 t. She and her husband\, Sam\, were married in 1998 and have three childre
 n\, Evie\, Kate\, and Briggs. This year they were also excited to add a ne
 w son-in-law\, Evie's husband Grady\, to the family! Lori is a Registered 
 Nurse and a high school teacher at Middle Tennessee Christian School\, whe
 re she teaches Honors Anatomy\, Health Science\, and Forensics. She has a 
 master's degree in Christian Scripture from Heritage Christian University 
 and is currently a doctoral student at the Harding School of Theology.\n\n
 Lori has been a writer for Think\, Tennessee Home and Farm\, and Christian
  Woman magazines. She has written four books: Trailblazers\, Walking to th
 e Promised Land\, Hope Island\, and Praying Through It -- all made availab
 le through Kaio Publications. She enjoys teaching Bible classes and is pas
 sionate about women's ministry.\n\nLori was born in Germany and grew up in
  the Air Force. After graduating from Abilene Christian University with he
 r nursing degree\, she moved to Nashville in 1997 and has Middle Tennessee
  "home" since. Some of her favorite things include spending time with her 
 family\, writing\, reading\, traveling\, and drinking lots of coffee! Abov
 e everything else\, she loves God\, and the message of hope found on the p
 ages of His Word.\n\n
