We are believers.
We believe that God is the Lord; that His Son is Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World, and that His Spirit inspired and guided God’s people to write the Holy Scriptures that we call the Bible. We believe that the Bible is the perfect Word of God, and that God intended it to be the pattern for all things pertaining to life on the Earth. We believe that man can know the will of God, and though we can never be perfect in our understanding and obedience, we can be faithful. We believe in Jesus.
We are followers.
We follow the commands of God found in the New Testament. While we certainly believe the Old Testament is still relevant today, the Scriptures make clear that the Old Law has been fulfilled and has been put away. We are now under the “perfect law of liberty” (James 1:25). God has decreed that we follow the teaching of His Son in all matters (Hebrews 1:1-2; Matthew 17:1-5). In following what Jesus said, we recognize that there is only “one way” to the Father, and that is through Jesus Christ (John 14:6). We further recognize that God has instructed His people how He is to be worshiped (John 4:24). And the Bible declares how Christians are to conduct themselves in this world. We follow Jesus.
We are servants.
It is God’s plan for His people to share the love of God with the world. This is done in both word and deed. As servants of God, we share the story of the cross…the story of Jesus and His death for mankind. We encourage all people to believe in and come to Jesus for salvation. But we also serve by doing. The Bible says that Christians are to “be ready for every good work” (Titus 3:1; 2 Corinthians 9:8). God expects His church to minister to hurting people. And we seek to serve the Lord by serving our fellow man. We serve Jesus..
It would be our honor to have you worship with us at any of our services. A warm welcome awaits you at all times. You have our promise that we will not embarrass you, nor harass you in any way. We just want to share God’s message of love and hope.
Come and share with us in a Bible-based worship and fellowship. Experience the love.
