A Deacon can be defined as: A Biblically qualified appointed servant set apart to meet the needs within the body of Christ. Deacons are special servants who work under the authority of the spiritual leaders. We are given the qualification for Deacons in (1 Tim 3:8-10). One of the greatest keys to growth, success, happiness and overall efficiency in the church is a committed group of spiritual leaders and a group of hard working Deacons. I’m sure that we could come up with a lot of different ways to do the Lord’s work, but let’s submit and exalt God’s model. A very special THANKS to all of our Deacons.
